In the interest of public health and safety, the Norvell Township Hall is closed for non-essential business with the public, effective March 18, 2020 until further notice. We would appreciate it if you not come into the office at this time if your business can wait until a later date or be done online electronically. Application forms for permits can be accessed here on our website. To drop something off for us, a small dropbox is outside the office. It has a mailbox flag. Other public business with the township can be done by appointment. Phone messages may be left at the office for either officials or staff. Our number is 517-536-4370. If both the Columbia and Napoleon School Districts are closed, then the Norvell Township Office will be closed.
