Due to the coronavirus restrictions, the Norvell Township Hall is closed for non-essential business with the public, effective November 18, 2020 until further notice. Permits are still required and can be handled by appointment. Application forms for permits can be accessed here on our website. A drop box is outside the office. Other public business with the township can be done by appointment. Phone messages may be left at the office by calling 517-536-4370.

If both the Columbia and Napoleon School Districts are closed, then the Norvell Township Office will be closed.
